Amazon First Reads is a monthly program that gives Amazon Prime members early access to new books from popular genres, all before they are officially released to the public. Each month, Prime members can choose one (sometimes two) Kindle books for free from a curated selection handpicked by Amazon editors, plus a bonus short read. Even non-Prime members can purchase these titles for $1.99. First Reads is a great way to discover debut authors and some really good hidden gems, plus ou get to keep the books in your Kindle library forever—even if you cancel Prime. Kindle Unlimited members can read most of the previous First Reads editors’ picks for free as well.
