Roku Is More Than Just Streaming Hardware
While you likely think of the vast number of streaming devices when hearing Roku, the company is much more than just that.
The Roku Channel continues to get better with some great exclusive movies and even live MLB games. And Google TV users can now more easily find that content.
Something you might not know is that Roku offers a host of smart home products that can be integrated with Roku streaming devices. Some of those products focus on smart home security.
If you’re interested, Roku’s take on smart home security is something to explore. Devices like smart cameras and smart plugs are inexpensive, easy to set up, and offer a number of great home automations that can tie different devices together.
You can monitor Roku’s home security system yourself. But for more peace of mind, you can even purchase professional monitoring that can watch over your home and dispatch fire, police, or medical first responders in case of an emergency.
